Why dont you try some active rest on your day off??? Walking??
May help you get rid of the excess energy.
Im glad you didnt workout, your body NEEDS days of rest or you will end up injured or sick.

gee, I never thought of that, that night! I guess cuz it was later than I usually work-out and I felt ‘in’ for the night, plus cuz I have a regular powerwalk workout that I do occasionally, but I guess nothing would have stopped me from taking a long walk around my neighbourhood that night. duh. I’ll have to remember that for next time! thanks for the suggestion!
