I know you said no pressure about the personal training stuff but I think you should go for it. You seem like you would be a really great trainer and I would love to help you out by being one of the 20, yet considering I am over in California we may have a problem :)

How has your insomnia been doing?

P.S. Not sure if you are looking for recommendations about stuff to talk about but I&#039;d be interested in exercises that can be done around the house in terms of building muscle; using body weight instead of actual weights.

Also, some more info on isometrics as well if you know much about those.</description>
