I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello and to let you know i&#039;m still watching and keeping up with you.   I&#039;m loving the demos and its so good to see you getting back to your happy place. Also, I purchased Mike Geary&#039;s book and so far I really like what he has to say.  This is stuff you&#039;ve been talking about all along so A lot of it is familiar, but still terrific advice. I really like how in depth he goes with his explanations of the material.  I plan to use the full body compound movements because i&#039;m all about the quick and dirty workouts! I&#039;ll let you know how i go with it.
