Just worked out
Hi everyone. I just finished my home weights workout for the day and my place looks like a bomb hit it!! LOL!! It gets a bit messy while I’m in the throes of my weight-lifting routines, so I thought I’d show you!!

Love how you work out your own training programs.
I think when you have to work things out for yourself it gets you more invested in your training outcomes.
I’m sure you’ll push out those 35s like their nothing ;)

awww, FG! I always treasure your motivating comments!! yah, I agree, I do feel more invested when I’ve written my own programs and then can SEE them working!! I always think I rock once I see results from something I’ve formulated!! :-) I’ll let you know how I rock those 35s when I get to them, mid-June!!
