		<description>yah, those ones are pretty easy and don&#039;t cause any feelings of discomfort, prob cuz I do Romanian Deads all the time ... my hams are hurting me at the gluteal end, gets worse the more I sit.  I also think I&#039;m having IT band issues on the left side... it just keeps moving, hard to catch.  thanks for the awesome tips tho.</description>

You said you do deadlifts. perhaps you should google for so called &quot;romanian deadlifts&quot;. It&#039;s a slight deadlift variation which focuses more on the hamstrings.

If I remember correctly you only have dumbbells at home. Than I&#039;d recommend something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gk35uFBMb5g
