		<description>I have done Turbulence Training before I had my surgery and it worked wonders any a very short amount of time.  I think it worked so well that although I am unable to do the training right now until my doctor clears me, I have not gained ANY weight.  My weight has been maintained and I think its because Turbulence Training is not just your ordinary weight loss plan or muscle building plan, it is a lifestyle that lasts.  I will add that I did keep to my good healthy eating habits (sort of).  U</description>
