This workout is amazing! I am 14 years old with a 15 months history of parkour and this is exactly the workout that I need this winter. I love running, I&#039;m a natural sprinter and that is my HIIT of choice in the summer. But now winter is here and i can keep up my fitness level. Thank you for sharing this with everyone.

Glad it&#039;s working for you. As you improve, try reducing the breaths in between high intensity segments. Your natural HGH will flow even stronger!
