Hey everyone. A bright shiny new week ahead of us. So full of possibility, right?

Got big plans? Big WORKOUT plans?

Hope so.

Anyway, had an interesting (and insanely intense) workout yesterday doing some HIIT (high intensity interval training) on the seawall.

So, I thought I’d share my story!

Let’s just say that there’s lots of ways to kick it up a notch …

… even if you just make up a mock competition with a total stranger solely in your own head.

That’s the tactic I used yesterday!
