		<description>Kettlebells are awesome. I have the 16 Kg version, and after doing swings for the first time (I think I did 25) I was spent for the day!

Also crazy functional outside of training. Much easier for flattening crinkled paper and holding doors open than weights that roll.

But yeah, for working out, too.
