Hey everyone… gooooooood heavens, how did it get to be Wednesday again already??!?

(for some reason when Wednesday comes, I always feel like time is going way too FAST … not Monday, not Friday… but Wednesday… I wonder why that is)

So, today I decided, sort of against my will, to get out for some HIIT (high intensity interval training) with my spiffy little Gymboss Interval Timer keeping me on track (the thing rocks!)

But, I just wasn’t feeling it …

… and by the end of my HIIT session I STILL wasn’t feeling it, like I thought I would (and almost always do).

I’m still glad I did it. Even though I didn’t get the effects I was hoping for, I still felt good for getting my butt out there.

But, if I wasn’t feeling it AND I didn’t get the effect I was hoping for, WHY did I feel good for getting my butt out there anyway?

Yah, squashing my feelings of guilt is a pretty big motivator for me these days. And not having a reason to spend all day beating myself up with REGRETS is another big motivator.


So, even though I didn’t get what I WANTED out of the workout, I still had NO REGRETS!

And hey, by not buckling under to what’s in my head, I DIDN’T LET MY BODY DOWN!

Good for me!

Eat Stop Eat

And as a result, tomorrow will feel better, not worse.
