No Running? SNOW Running!!

Well, it snowed like CRAZY a few days ago here in Vancouver.

Does that mean no running for me?

Some said “Don’t do it, too slippery” …

… but the snow was fresh so I didn’t think it would be. But I wasn’t SURE.

Then a friend convinced me it would probably be pretty cool and peaceful out there in all that quiet snow, so I went anyway … Running in Snowstorm

WOW!

Peaceful?

More like PAINFUL!

Now THAT’s a workout!
