And, here’s that oatmeal recipe again

– 1/2 cup dry oatmeal mixed with 1/2 cup boiling water
– nuke it til it’s cooked to your liking

THEN and ONLY then:
-add 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter and 1 tsp Natural Honey (don’t cook them in, make sure you add them after the cooking is done, to preserve the healthy oils and enzymes of these two ingredients)
