Alrighty!! I’ve now been taking this new supplement that I actually refer to as a NON-supplement for a few months.
Why do I call it a NON-supplement, you ask?
I call Marine Phytoplankton a ‘non-supplement’ because I don’t consider this stuff a supplement at all.
It doesn’t REPLACE food. It IS food.
A food-stuff in it’s own right, Marine Phytoplankton and all it contains is not something I could get otherwise just by eating other foods (like whey protein powder is a protein supplement that you can get just by eating milk products).
It’s CHOCK full of vital nutrients, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids.
This ain’t some over-processed supplement, my friend. This is REAL NUTRITION.
Here’s what I think of the stuff (or have you already guessed that I kinda love it?) …
… and pssst, obviously I think it’s all good… BUT one of the reasons… okay maybe TWO of the reasons, I think you’ll find quite intriguing and VERY interesting.
For me, Marine Phytoplankton is a KEEPER.
BTW, at least in my own experience, for best results with that whole ‘morning after the night before’ thing, I’ve found it MOST helpful if I take my regular evening dose AFTER the evening’s fun and right BEFORE heading to bed (and again first thing in the morning, as usual).
And with that, I’m up ‘n at ‘em bright-eyed, and bushy-tailed… every time.
