Well, THIS came as quite a shock to me.

During a snack … a snack of nothing but healthy foods, mind you …

Snacking While Watching TV

… but during a snack in front of the TV, I came across a little piece of unexpected intel that COULD be the ‘make or break’ for many people trying to avoid overeating or trying to lose some weight.

Ordinarily I don’t recommend snacking in front of the TV at all, but let’s face it – we all tend to do it from time to time.

Sooooo, ***IF*** you’re going to have a snack in front of the TV, please do practice portion control instead of bringing the whole package of whatever you’re snacking on with you to your TV area.

But also, do NOT do this ONE OTHER THING … particularly if you’re serious about NOT overeating and being a success at reaching your weight-loss goals …

Learn from my mistake and don’t do what I did.

Practice portion control when doing your TV snacking …

… but ALSO make sure you’re in the ‘right’ position so that your body can actually FEEL you getting full before it’s way too late.

I’m thinking that just being aware of, and avoiding making that one little mistake during snacks could change everything about how fast fat-loss success can actually happen for many people.
