<p>Yup, me losing my mind.  And it wouldn&#8217;t be the first time.  LOL</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;ve got some lower back issues after some deadlifts the other day.  </p>
<p><strong>Are the deadlifts to blame?  </strong></p>
<p><em>Or did I sleep funny?  </em></p>
<p>I dunno.  </p>

<p>Hey everyone.  Busy times!  Finally a new vlog for you.  I ran some hillsprints today and have my new weight lifting program finalized to get started on tomorrow.  Mike Geary&#8217;s book Truth About Abs was a great help with me writing this particular program too.  I talk all about what I have planned for myself.  A little pain will do me good!!</p>
