<p>Seriously &#8230; if you are trying to lose weight or improve your fitness level and you&#8217;re doing it by white-knuckling through all these diets and fitness routines and hating every minute of it, then <strong>you have one BIG DOWNFALL in your plan</strong>.  You haven&#8217;t mastered getting the right mindset firmly implanted in your head yet &#8230; and let me tell you, that is a <em>recipe for eventual failure</em>.<br />

<p><strong>Get Mindset, Get Fit.  End of Story.  </strong><br />

<p>I have a couple of clients out there that really made me think hard about this one on my run today, so thank you to Robyn and Jay for inspiring this post.<br />
