Finally, Full Health Returns!!

There! Finally, all illness has left me. Blech, I’m paying for it tho. I hate the detraining effect. I feel week and unconditioned. Rats!! However, I have now stocked up the fridge with maybe my weight in fresh fruit and veggies, and am back at it hard.
