<p>and yes, I need some practice framing my videos when I demo!! Sorry for cutting off my head there a few times!! LOL</p>

<p>Hi everyone.  I just finished my home weights workout for the day and my place looks like a bomb hit it!!   LOL!!   It gets a bit messy while I&#8217;m in the throes of my weight-lifting routines, so I thought I&#8217;d show you!!  </p>

<p>So, as you can see by my demos, Plyometrics are mostly bodyweight-oriented exercises.  And you guys know what that means!! I&#8217;m going to tell you that if you are interested in this kind of stuff, you REALLY should check out Craig Ballantyne&#8217;s programs. He really IS the King of the Bodyweight exercise, and that includes Plyometrics.  He has tons of these kinds of moves in his book. Please do yourself a huge favour and get his book if you want more tips and ideas about Plyometrics.<br />
