<p>At long last is that interview I alluded to just before the holidays!!<br />
<font size="1"><em>(yah yah, I know&#8230; that was more than a month ago, sorry&#8230; the guy I wanted to nail down was harder to get ahold of than I anticipated).</em></font></p>

<p>But anyway, I&#8217;ve finally managed to corner John Barban (you&#8217;ll remember him from past posts, he&#8217;s the author of <a href="http://www.girlwithnoname.com/the-adonis-effect/">The Adonis Effect Workout System for Men</a> that I love so much for you guys).  </p>

<p><strong>I found out recently that John used to train Female Varsity Athletes and REALLY knows his stuff when it comes to Women&#8217;s Fitness and Workouts so I absolutely wasn&#8217;t going to let him get away on me without an interview for us ladies.</strong></p>

<p>Anyway, John is a HUGE source of information about us chicks and what works best for us.  </p>

<p>I guarantee a question got asked that pertains to you, cuz I made sure I covered the entire gamut, from <em><strong>general fat loss</strong> and <strong>spot reducing</strong> to <strong>how to lose pregnancy pounds</strong> and <strong>time saving workouts</strong> for those of us who feel time starved all the time (like me)</em>. </p>
