Hey everyone!! Well, I decided to take my cue from Seinfeld today and produce a Show About Nothing. Seriously. Life’s not always chock full of surprises, sometimes its just plain old outright BORING!

Seriously. I got nuthin’ :

(oh, and oh yah, I know my hand is blocking the light on my face for some of the video. Its one of those things that allows the Show About Nothing to actually have SOME content!! A laugh at least right?? HAHA!! One day I’ll really think ahead about what my hand holding the camera is doing while I’m talking… but for now, its part of my charm, isn’t it? … uh, please say “yes” !!!)

Anyway, here ya go. Try not to yawn too loudly!! HAHAHAAA!!!





Ah!! But at least we’ll always have our Workout Song of the Day, eh? This one is awesome for angst, and we all know where I stand on “angst”… therefore, we all know that I think this song is great for Weight Training … its pretty new too, I think it only came out a few months ago. It was one of those songs that the very first time I heard it I knew I had to own it. I remember holding my iPhone up to the stereo on the off-chance the DJ didn’t announce who it was. If I let THIS one slide through my fingers, I would have been very upset (for those of you who don’t know, the iPhone has a “Name That Tune” app called Shazam. You hold your phone up to the speaker and the app tells you who the artist is, what the song is called, what album its from and then links you to any YouTube videos that exist of the song. Its pretty sweet. Gee, do you think I should be getting kickbacks for this plug from Apple or Shazam? I do! haha. Alas. Its a free plug for them, lucky ducks!).
