Hey gang!!

Sorry I’ve been a little MIA lately. Been working hard getting “Hot at Home” ready to go.

Everything’s ready, EXCEPT I’m having a technical issue with the website.

Sigh … there’s always SOMETHING, right?

Any day now. Any day. I swear.

As soon as that technical glitch is fixed, it’s GO TIME and I’m releasing it! Enough waiting around!

But, I digress….

I was reading a newspaper the other day and saw an ad for a supplement that kinda frustrated me.

I mean how misleading are these guys ALLOWED to BE before someone calls them out on it?

Check it out:

Are you on a mobile device? You probably can’t see the video, can you? If not, watch it on YouTube here:
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKQZIy-ubQg target="blank" rel="nofollow">Misleading Advertising Sucks!

So, make sure you read the small print. ALWAYS READ THE SMALL PRINT!!!

Oh, and if you’re interested in getting onto the “Hot at Home” Early Birds’ List, the gates are closing on that one in a few days, so better hop to it.

I’m releasing it (shhhh, oh so quietly) to my Early Birds and Inner Sanctum Members FIRST at a special “action takers” deal.

If you’re not on the list, you won’t even know it’s happening.

‘Nuff said.

Go here: Hot at Home Early Birds List …

…there’s a box at the bottom of that post for you to shoot me your deets.

My birthday is at the end of the month and I want to do this BEFORE THEN (technical issues be damned).

So HUSTLE. Time’s running out.

Get on the Hot at Home Early Birds List here

Hey gang! Sorry I haven’t been around the past while.

Truth be told, putting together this book of mine is pretty much consuming the majority of my time.

It’ll be worth it, I promise. I just want to make sure it’s AWESOME for you.

AND, I wanted to share with you what I’m about to share with you and it took me kind of a long time to edit it together for you.

Forgive me?

Thanks! I knew you would.

Anyway, on to business… Last week I attended an extremely informative Nutrition Lecture, hosted by one of our great local fitness organizations: InfoFit Educators, and delivered by Dr. Cory Holly of The Cory Holly Institute.

It’s actually the next installment of a previous lecture that Cory honoured us with a few months ago. If you haven’t seen the first installment yet, feel free to check it out here: Nutritional Lies of the 21st Century

Cory once again, does not disappoint us and provides an immense amount of valuable information that we can take forward into our own futures to help keep us healthy, happy and disease-free.

HEY! Good nutrition REALLY IS the foundation of a healthy, active, long life (and looking good to boot).

If you don’t believe ME, then you really need to have a listen to what Cory has to say:

Here’s just a bit more information for you, in the form of little questionnaire (plus the answers) that Cory provided at the lecture and has given me permission to share with you.

Yup. If you’ve been coming here for ANY length of time AT ALL, you’ll know Mike Geary is the guy that first introduced me to this BETTER and HEALTHIER way of thinking about and relating to food.

A couple of weeks ago I attended a rather riveting Nutrition Lecture, hosted by one of our local great fitness organizations: InfoFit Educators (owned by Andre Noel Potvin), and delivered by Dr. Cory Holly of The Cory Holly Institute.

I thought I’d share some of it with you, since the generous gang at InfoFit have given me permission to do so.<a href="http://www.coryholly.com rel="nofollow" target="blank"">

You will hear me mention, this is all stuff that I already believe in and live by.

Good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy, long life (and looking good to boot).

Have a listen to what Cory has to say then check out the highlights below the video to learn more of this important stuff.

Here’s some of the highlights of Cory’s Lecture and things YOU really NEED to know, if you’re serious about getting your nutrition right, and living a long, healthy and active life:

Commercial Cow’s Milk

The Lies (what the food industries want you to believe):

Good for health

Builds strong bones

Good for Athletes

Good source of calcium

Good for children

Good for insomnia

The Truths (what the food industries don’t want you to know):

Milk is much safer when consumed in a raw, unpasteurized form

Raw milk is better for cows, people and the environment

Raw milk provides the body with powerful immunological factors, enzymes and anti-microbial components

Raw milk should be in consumed whole to retain all the natural fat-soluble vitamins (not skim or part-skim)

Raw milk should come from pasture raised grass fed healthy cows, not feed lot cattle raised on CAFO’s (concentrated animal feeding operations – mainly corn)

Commercial milk increases risk of diabetes

Commercial milk acidifies the blood and actually causes a net loss of calcium

Commercial milk causes allergies and increases bodyfat

Lactose intolerance is widespread (not an issue with raw milk)

After being weaned not required biologically

Hey Everyone. Today we’re taking a break from the workout moves to talk about nutrition a little bit. Specifically, pasteurized dairy products… and even more specifically, pasteurized cheese. There IS a healthier option out there than pasteurized cheese products. Did you guys know that pasteurizing milk is basically cooking it? Guess what? It happens to kill a lot of the healthy enzymes & nutrients found naturally in milk. A great alternate option to eating the regular mass-produced cheese is “raw milk cheese”. This cheese is made from unpasteurized milk and still has all the natural nutrients and enzymes in place. Far more nutritious, in my opinion. I talk about it more here, and show you a brand I buy often.

I found this awesome nutritional information in Mike Geary’s book “Truth About Six Pack Abs”. To get your copy, GO HERE TO CHECK OUT TRUTH ABOUT ABS!!
