I work hard at health, fitness & nutrition. I work out primarily at home and share with you what I do, how I do it, what motivates me & what inspires me. I get into the nitty gritty of my trials & tribulations, barriers & obstacles. And when I realize a success, hard-won or otherwise, you'll be the first to know about it!

Hey Everyone. Today we’re taking a break from the workout moves to talk about nutrition a little bit. Specifically, pasteurized dairy products… and even more specifically, pasteurized cheese. There IS a healthier option out there than pasteurized cheese products. Did you guys know that pasteurizing milk is basically cooking it? Guess what? It happens to kill a lot of the healthy enzymes & nutrients found naturally in milk. A great alternate option to eating the regular mass-produced cheese is “raw milk cheese”. This cheese is made from unpasteurized milk and still has all the natural nutrients and enzymes in place. Far more nutritious, in my opinion. I talk about it more here, and show you a brand I buy often.

I found this awesome nutritional information in Mike Geary’s book “Truth About Six Pack Abs”. To get your copy, GO HERE TO CHECK OUT TRUTH ABOUT ABS!!
