<p>Hey Everyone!  Today we talk about the importance of building strength in your core. Don&#8217;t neglect your core when working out all the other parts of your body.  Your core is important too.  Let me just say I may make you walk the &#8220;plank&#8221; if you don&#8217;t!!  </p>
