<p>Hey everyone.  Hope your week is awesome so far.  Mine&#8217;s been pretty good out of the gate!</p>
<p>So&#8230; ever been stuck on a plateau?  </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been keeping this one a secret but for the past couple of weeks I&#8217;ve felt kinda stuck on one myself.  </p>
<p><strong>So, I changed my routine.</strong></p>
<p>And immediately popped off that plateau and am back <em>on my way to where I wanna go</em>.</p>
