<p>Hey everyone&#8230; During my weight lifting routine today I was doing cable rows using my fitness bands and realized &#8220;HEY! Maybe not everyone knows about this nifty little tool to help expand what you can use your fitness bands for.  A simple thing called a Door Anchor can really add to your home workout, so I demo how to get &#8216;er done for you here.</p>
