Final update on how the foot is progressing since I dropped that 35 lb plate on it over a week ago. I’m still getting my workouts in, although I’ve had to change things up a little to accommodate the foot pain.
Today’s a cardio day. I usually go running. Since I dropped that 35lb plate on my foot yesterday, now what?
