What’s worse? Staying ‘safe’ from injury and growing fat, unhealthy and out of shape in the process? Or getting out there, getting in great shape and risking the occasional injury?
Final update on how the foot is progressing since I dropped that 35 lb plate on it over a week ago. I’m still getting my workouts in, although I’ve had to change things up a little to accommodate the foot pain.
