You’re doing all the right things for yourself …
… working out, eating right, getting enough sleep …
… and it goes without saying that this also includes NOT skipping out on your stretching, right?
Can you stretch TOO much?
I did. And I paid a price.
Luckily, I finally figured it out and everything is ok again (except when I take a much needed entire week off from working out like I did last week!)
Learn my lesson the easy way: from me, and not from long, painful experience, like I had to do:
Stretch whatever needs stretching.
Don’t stretch any areas that are already over-stretched.
And if those over-stretched areas are causing you pain, like they were with me, consider some strength training to alleviate the issue.
