Whew. Just got back from my run. Pardon my appearance! I’m a bit disheveled.

Today the whole thing was almost kiboshed by some loose gravel.

Yah, I slipped and fell and as I was trying to recover I felt my weak hamstring sit up and say ‘WHOA’ …

It got me thinking about stubbornness (stick with me here).Don

On one hand it’s great to be so stubborn that you’ll find a way to get your workout done no matter WHAT obstacles life throws in your way …

But it’s a whole other thing to be stubborn in a way that could take you out of the game completely.

Confused? Here’s what I mean:

So don’t do what I did. Don’t be SO stubborn that you make something bad even worse!
