I decided to stay home instead of doing hills and or fighting for a spot at the gym so I ran up and down 3 flights of stairs a few times then popped in one of my work out dvds before I head to pick up my brother.
I know people who skip a dragon boat practice because its raining and it annoys me mostly because you don’t know if its gonna be raining on race day..
