Here we are again, touring my kitchen.

This is part 2 of… ummmm… I’m still not sure. I guess we’ll know the answer to THAT once we’re done! LOL

Inside My FreezerAs I mentioned in the last post during the tour of my refrigerator (What’s In My Fridge?), I just finished a big grocery shopping trip so I’m fully stocked right now.

I’ve got lots of the foods I always choose when I shop, foods that keep me lean and strong and energized …

…foods I genuinely enjoy eating and that give me the energy to lead a healthy, fun life …

… in other words: YUMMY AND NUTRITIOUS FOODS!

And yes, ‘yummy’ and ‘nutritious’ CAN exist in the same foods at the same time! LOL

Anyhoo, let’s hit my freezer today, shall we?
