We’re gonna take a tour of my kitchen (well, at least the places I store my food), one area at a time.

Inside My Fridge

Why? Well, cuz I went grocery shopping yesterday.

My kitchen is packed with all the yummy foods I usually buy (and eat) to keep myself energized, lean and strong …

… foods that help me keep the fat off … and the muscle on.

So, while I’m fully stocked I thought it would be fun to share it all with you.
