I’m still having lots of hamstring issues so I’ve decided to do more strengthening exercises in hopes of curing them. I discovered Glute Ham Raises from Craig Ballantyne and his Turbulence Training manual. Great bodyweight exercise. Gonna do lots. Let’s see where that gets me, shall we?
