“Oh, I can’t do that!” Can

Sigh…

The word “Can’t” …

What does it REALLY mean?

I’ll tell you what it really means when someone says they “can’t” do something …

… unless there’s an injury involved that prevents an action or it’s a man referring to himself being able to give birth to a child, it USUALLY means: “I WON’T”

It means the person claiming they “can’t” actually isn’t willing to, refuses to, or won’t even TRY to find out if they CAN …

It means that they “won’t” … that they CHOOSE not to …

One of my very favourite motivational sayings is as follows:

“CAN’T MEANS WON’T”

Short, sweet and TRUE.

Here. Let me elaborate (plus give you a little update on where I’m at with “THE BOOK!”) :

Most of the time, the barrier between “you” and “you getting what you want” is YOU.

Your mindset.

Your priorities.

Your WILLINGNESS TO TRY.

The journey can’t start without that first step.

And the journey won’t start if you believe you CAN’T take that first step …

And if the journey won’t start, there’s not much chance of ever getting to your destination, is there?

Have a fit, fun and fantastic day.
