First time commenting on your blog and my first visit as well so hello :) Found you on Twitter.
I agree with what you said in the guest post. I am one of those people that got lucky and I can get as much of anything that I want and not gain weight. So I can’t really understand what it is like to be overweight considering I have never been overweight in my life, I do know that motivation and dedication both play a major factor in losing weight and exercising.
It’s great to see that you have been successful with your goals and have achieved what you wanted. There are too many people nowadays that are all talk and no action when it comes to their goals, let alone any of those goals relating to weight loss/exercise/fitness.
Looking forward to more of your posts and videos since you are now in my Google Reader ;) Keep up the great work, I can tell that you definitely have the motivation and drive to achieve any goals that you set.
