Dumbbell Flyes in the Autumn

AAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!! Summer officially ended today. WAH!

It’s the first day of Autumn and while it doesn’t quite feel like it in Vancouver yet, I’m wildly unimpressed that Summer flew by that quickly!!

Anyway, I digress…I’m trying to work those 35lb dumbbells some more, this time trying to get them up on flat bench flyes. Ouch!

And Hewett Packard still sucks. No phone call from tech support as promised and its been a week and a half now. GR!

Jeez, look at the time, I gotta get back to work!!

…and in honour of me maintaining my control while doing those heavy 35lb DB Flyes, here’s today’s Workout Song of the Day, all about Control!! (see how tricky I can be with these songs? haha)

… anyway, it’s a great song for Cardio or Weight Training because it’s got a good drivin’ beat AND it’s all angsty ‘n stuff!!

Rock on girl. Fall ushered in here in Florida to the tune of 91 degrees!! It’s still hot as hell, although we have a cold front coming in tonight and it’ll be a balmy 68 in the morning and high of 85 during the day. Can’t wait.
